To be successful on social media platforms and on the Internet in general today means that you have to provide content about the value of your business and services. If business people on the Internet are attracted to what you say, you have a chance of engaging them in an online conversation. If you engage them, you have a chance at converting them into customers.

Just as with consumer marketing , business-to-business marketing starts with the buyer. What do they want and need? What do they need that they don’t even know they need? If you have something buyers need, post interesting and helpful content online to attract those buyers to you or your business website.

Gone are they days where a seller pushes out their message whether the buyer needs it then or not. Now sellers need to be “there” when buyers need them.
